Bulk sign-off
Click on the fourth tab to modify Bulk sign-off parameters |
Select the required template from the Template List to see its components. Click on the Template name to see the a pop-up box that will show the parameters applied to your template under various tab headings. Bulk sign-off screen allows multiple forms to be signed-off by the user or customer at one time. |

| Sign-off text | This text is displayed on the Bulk sign-off screen, allowing multiple forms to be signed-off by the user or customer at one time. |
Tick the boxes that apply to the way you wish to sign-off multiple reports produced with this template to behave. |
| Item containing customer name | The customer name can appear as a field on the Bulk Sign-Off screen. This field allows you to specify which item in this template the customer name corresponds to. Note that forms for multiple templates can be signed off at the same time, hence the need to use this field. If there is no customer name item within this template then leave this field blank and the customer name will not be shown on the Bulk sign-off screen. | |
